Bianca Karcz is a dynamic attacking midfielder and forward for Century United Girls Academy’s 2011 Girls Academy squad, bringing size, pace, and high-level vision to the final third. At 5’9”, she combines physical presence with technical sharpness, using her speed and playmaking instincts to stretch defenses and create scoring opportunities.
A Pittsburgh native and 2029 graduate, Bianca plays with maturity beyond her years. Her ability to read the game, anticipate movement, and deliver decisive passes makes her a dual threat — capable of finishing chances herself or unlocking space for teammates.

Competing in the Girls Academy League, Bianca has continued to elevate her game against top national competition. As a Girls Academy National Ambassador, she represents not only her club but the league’s commitment to leadership, growth, and player development.

Her strengths — speed, vision, and creativity in tight spaces — allow her to influence matches in multiple ways. Whether driving at defenders, finding the penetrating pass, or pressing defensively from the front, she plays with intention and purpose.

Bianca aspires to compete at the NCAA Division I level, and she approaches her development with the discipline and work ethic required to reach that goal.

Outside of soccer, Bianca competes in Track & Field, an extension of her athletic drive and commitment to speed development. She enjoys reading and spending time with friends, maintaining balance while staying focused on continuous growth as both an athlete and teammate.
