Richmond Strikers announce changes to ADP, U9-U12 travel programs

(Via Richmond Strikers) – The Richmond Strikers have announced coaching structure changes to the ADP and U9-U12 travel programs.

Starting for the 2018-19 season, ADP will only be the Under 8 age group (U8). Strikers travel soccer will start at the U9 age group. To learn more, click here.

Also starting in the fall, Erwan LeCrom will oversee U8 ADP through U10 travel boys and girls and will be helped by Morgan Singer and Bruno Ramos. Erwan’s main responsibilities will be to closely follow the development of the players and coaches and to guide Morgan and Bruno with their new ADP responsibilities.

Former ADP Director, Will Bates, will directly oversee the U11 and U12 boys and girls travel teams this upcoming season. Will’s main responsibilities will be to make sure U11 and U12 coaches have appropriate support and that the players are developing and preparing for the 11-a-side games (U13 year).

Morgan Singer will coach a U9 team and be the point of contact for the U8 ADP Girls (communication, day to day logistics). Morgan has been coaching at the Strikers for a year and played at Lynchburg College from 2012-2015. While at LC, she won four ODAC Championships and made four NCAA appearances including the 2014 Division III National Championship. Morgan majored in Health and Physical education at LC and received her masters in Adapted Physical Education from UVA in 2017.

Bruno Ramos will coach a U9 and U10 team and be the point of contact for the U8 ADP Boys (communication, day to day logistics). Bruno has been coaching with the Strikers for the past year and is a product of the Richmond Strikers youth system and academy. Bruno played professionally in 2017 for the Harrisburg Heat in the Major Arena Soccer League.
