New York SC unveils new club logo
(Via New York SC) – New York Soccer Club held their first Club meeting following the integration of New York Soccer Club and FC Westchester Elite girls program. At the event, attended by more than 250 people, NYSC unveiled the new Club badge as well as the new game uniforms for the 2016/17 season.
Statement from the club
“The new logo’s bold modern design builds upon the heritage of both Clubs while bringing through various qualities that are a foundation for New York Soccer Club. Being a gold standard for youth soccer development remains a primary goal for the Club, and is reflected in the gold coloring of the new badge, while the star, a symbol of excellence is the badge’s anchors. NYSC is made up of many communities and this is reflected in the multiple rings of color symbolizing the broader representation and outreach of the Club. The artist selected a type face that portrays boldness, forward motion and strength, values that NYSC looks to demonstrate through all it’s teams.”
