National Premier Leagues extend partnership with Jefferson Cup
CHARLESTON, S.C. (Via US Club Soccer) – The National Premier Leagues (NPL) has extended its Jefferson Cup partnership to 2016 events: March 11-13 (boys) and March 24-26 (girls) in Richmond, Va.
The 2016 Jefferson Cup represents the second year of the partnership. Top U-15 through U-18 boys and girls NPL teams are encouraged to apply to one of the country’s top showcase events.

“We are always trying to add showcase opportunities for our NPL teams,” said NPL General Manager Leo Garcia. “With its proven college coach attendance, the Jefferson Cup adds tremendous exposure to our NPL teams.”
Entering its 36th edition, the Jefferson Cup accepts more than 700 teams from all over the country every year. The application deadline is Dec. 1. Acceptances will be announced Jan. 6.
