Creighton women’s soccer team announces 8 additions on National Signing Day
OMAHA, Neb. – Creighton women’s soccer head coach Jimmy Walker announced his eight-woman 2026 signing class on Wednesday, November 12.
Joining the Bluejays on the pitch next season will be Adeline Bosiljevac (Papillion, Neb.), Radleigh Childers (Grain Valley, Mo.), Kassey Dzenis (Peachtree City, Ga.), Cassidy Horton (Argyle, Texas), Aubrey Lane (New Berlin, Wis.), Grace Mann (Ossian, Ind.), Lorel “Lolo” Stringer (Irvine, Calif.) and Gabby Wagenfuhr (Omaha, Neb.).
Dzenis, Horton, Mann and Stringer will enroll at Creighton in January, while Bosiljevac, Childers, Lane and Wagenfuhr will arrive in the fall with four years of eligibility.
Adeline Bosiljevac, Goalkeeper, Papillion, Neb., Papillion-La Vista HS, Sporting Nebraska
- Committed to Creighton in September of 2024
- A three-time varsity letterwinner and starting goalkeeper for Papillion-La Vista High School.
- Led the Monarchs to 10 victories, a District A2 Championship and a NSAA Class A State Tournament appearance as a junior.
- Capped off the 2025 season with nine shutouts and 76 saves, earning Omaha World Herald and Lincoln Journal Start Second Team All-Nebraska honors as a junior.
- Was also named to the All-Metro Conference First Team in 2025, while garnering Papillion-La Vista Goalkeeper of the Year honors with a 0.96 goals against average.
- Named to the Omaha World Herald All-Metro Honorable Mention team as a sophomore when she posted nine shutouts and 75 saves after guiding the Monarchs to the NSAA Class A District 2 Regional Final.
- Played club soccer for Sporting Nebraska, teaming up with fellow signee Gabby Wagenfuhr to win the 2022 Nebraska Cup State Championship.
- Adeline has excelled off the pitch, earning Academic All-District honors all three years of high school.
“Adeline is a goalkeeper that we have been tracking since we got to Omaha two years ago,” said Walker. “She is extremely athletic, has great size, athleticism and is a fantastic young lady both on and off the pitch. She has been a big part of Sporting Nebraska’s success recently, being an incredible shot stopper in between the posts. We are incredibly thankful and excited to be welcoming Adeline to the Bluejay family.”
Radleigh Childers, Midfielder, Grain Valley, Mo., Grain Valley HS, KC Athletics ECNL
- Committed to Creighton in October of 2024.
- A three-time starting midfielder and letterwinner for Grain Valley High School in Missouri.
- Earned Suburban White Conference Player of the Year honors as a junior, leading the Eagles to a 18-3 overall record and a fourth straight conference championship.
- Childers also garnered First Team All-Conference and All-District accolades after scoring 46 goals and dishing out eight assists in the spring of 2025.
- Guided Grain Valley to a Class 4 District 6 Runner-up finish and a 18-5 overall record in 2024, earning First Team All-District and All-Conference honors.
- Was also named the Suburban White Offensive Player of the Year after netting 29 goals as a sophomore.
- Scored 27 goals and dished out 19 assists in 25 matches as a freshman, leading the Eagles to a 20-5 record and a second-place finish in the Class 4 District 6 playoff.
- Captured Suburban White Offensive Player of the Year honors while claiming First Team All-Conference, All-District and All-Class 4 Region 3 accolades as a freshman.
- Played club soccer for KC Athletics ECNL, where she guided her team to the 2024 ECNL Elite Eight and earned ECNL U17 All-Conference Second Team honors in 2023 and 2024.
- Coming from a long line of athletes, all five of Radleigh’s siblings have played collegiate. Her sister, Rylan, was College Sports Communicators Second Team Academic All-American at Kansas and was drafted 42nd overall by the KC Current in the 2022 NWSL Draft.
“Radleigh a very hard-nosed, extremely aggressive and competitive player that has played at a very high level within her club team of the KC Athletics,” stated Walker. “A competitor on the pitch, she can play in multiple positions and is 100 percent committed to the program. Radleigh a fantastic young lady that will be good for the Bluejay culture on and off the field.”
Kassey Dzenis, Defender/Midfielder, Peachtree City, Ga., McIntosh HS, Tophat Gold SC
- Committed to Creighton in September of 2024.
- A three-time varsity starter and letterwinner at McIntosh High School in Georgia.
- As a junior, Dzenis led the Chiefs to the Class 5A Regional Semifinals and finished the season with a 13-7 overall record, where she earned First Team All-Region and All-State honors.
- She was also named to the Georgia Athletic Coaches Association (GACA) Preseason Class 5A All-State team for a second consecutive season prior to her junior year.
- Claimed GACA Class 5A All-State and First Team All-Region honor as a sophomore after guiding her team to a Class 5A Region 3 Championship and the Class 5A State Semifinals.
- Dzenis also earned a spot on the DiVarsity All-Star Team and was named the McIntosh Impact Player of the Year follower her sophomore season in 2023.
- Played club soccer for Tophat Gold GA, one of the top club programs in the country, under the direction of head coach Troy Garner.
- While with Tophat Gold, Kassey led her team to the 2023 Girls Academy National Championship, was a four-time Southeast Conference champion and three-time Champions Cup Finalists.
- Spent some time with the Latvian Youth National Team, where she earned nine caps and scored a total of five goals.
- Her mom, Genie, played collegiate soccer for Florida, while her sister Skylar played soccer at North Georgia.
“Kassey originates from Georgia where she plays club for one of the best teams in the country in Tophat Gold SC in the Girls Academy,” added Walker. Regarded as one of top center backs in the country, Kassey is a great athlete with size and an excellent presence on the pitch and is a very technical player with a high soccer IQ. She also has spent time with the Latvian National Team and has been in and out of the National Training Center, where she has had a ton of success in recent years. Coming from a really competitive family, we are really excited about having Kassey as a Bluejay.”
Cassidy Horton, Midfielder, Argyle, Texas, Argyle HS, Ting Royal ECNL
- Verbally committed to Creighton in October of 2024.
- Earned Texas Association of Soccer Coaches (TASCO) Second Team All-State and UIL District 7-5A Co-Utility Player of the Year honors after posting three goals and seven assists as a junior.
- Led Argyle High School to a 18-3-1 overall record, guiding the Lady Eagles to District, Bi-District and Area championships, while garnering UIL First Team All-District 6-5A acclaim in 2025.
- As a freshman, Horton was named the UIL District 7-5A Offensive Newcomer of the Year after ranking in the Top 20 in North Texas with a team-high 19 assists.
- Cassidy played club soccer for the Sting Royal ECN, where she earned ECNL Texas Conference First Team All-Conference accolades.
- While with Sting Royal, Horton led her team the Texas Conference Cup Championship, the 2025 U17 Dallas Cup Championship and a runner-up finish at the U17 ECNL National Championships.
- In addition, Cassidy played club soccer with Solar Soccer Club, where she helped her team to the 2022 ECNL U14 National Championship, as well as three ECNL Texas Conference Championships, two Dallas Cup Championships and four ECNL Champions League playoff appearances.
- Off the pitch, Cassidy has excelled in the classroom, earning Academic All-District honors each of the last two years.
“Cassidy is high IQ midfielder coming in from the Dallas, Texas area, where she played club for Sting Black,” said Walker. “She is a first team all-conference player in arguably the best and most competitive conference in the country and has had a tremendous amount of success, guiding Sting Black to the Girls Academy National Championship last year. She is creative, very technical, and good on the ball with her decision making. Her enthusiasm makes her another great addition to the program on and off the field.”
Aubrey Lane, Defender, New Berlin, Wis., New Berlin West HS, FC Wisconsin
- Committed to Creighton in September of 2024.
- Led New Berlin West HS to the Regional Final as a junior, helping post four shutouts along the Vikings backline.
- Guided the Vikings to an 12-5-1 record and a Regional Championship while helping record 10 shutouts in 2023.
- Played club soccer for FC Wisconsin under the direction of Andrew Lee, Monica Gonyo and Christian Lavers.
- Earned ECNL Midwest Second Team All-Conference honors as a sophomore and junior, while guiding her club team to the U19 US Club Soccer National Cup Championship this past summer.
- Aubrey has also excelled on the track, claiming the Division 2 State Record in the 4×200 meter relay and racing to school records in the 400-meter (58.88) and the 200-meter dash (24.88). She also ranks second all-time in program history in the 100-meter dash with a time of 12.56.
- Off the pitch, Lane served on the New Berlin West National Honor Society and earned Second Team Academic All-State accolades in math.
“Aubrey comes to Omaha from Wisconsin, where she plays club soccer for FC Wisconsin ECNL team,” stated Walker. “She is an extremely athletic, quick, left footed left back that we expect to come in and contribute right way. She has played as a center back much of her career, but we expect her to play as a left back being naturally left footed. She is a fantastic young lady and a very good competitor that will fit right into the culture we have built here at Creighton.”
Grace Mann, Midfielder, Ossian, Ind., Norwell HS, Fort Wayne United
- A four-time First Team North East Eight All-Conference Performer, Grace finished her career as one of the most decorated athletes in Norwell High School history.
- Grace capped off her career this fall by establishing a new program and Northeast Indiana record for goals in a career with 125. She is one of just six players in NE Indiana history to score at least 100 career goals.
- She also dished out 40 assists, while guiding the Knights to four IHSAA Class 2A-District 20 Semifinal appearances.
- Earned IHSAA Class 2A All-State and All-District honors after netted 38 goals and dishing out seven assists as a senior.
- In 2024, Mann scored a school record 41 goals and passed out seven assists on the way to earning First Team All-District and IHSAA Second Team All-State honors as a junior.
- Also earned First Team All-District honors as a sophomore, recording 22 goals and 14 assists while guiding the Knights to 11 victories.
- Captured First Team All-Conference accolades in 2022, netting 24 goals, including nine game-winners and dishing out 12 assists as a freshman.
- Was selected to play in the Indiana All-State Showcase following her junior and senior seasons.
- Played club soccer for Fort Wayne United, where she guided her club to back-to-back Indiana State Club championships and the programs first ever trip to USYS National Championship Finals.
- Off the pitch, Grace excelled in the classroom earning Academic All-State honors in three straight seasons.
“Grace is a very athletic and good-sized midfielder who has played at a really high level in club and high school throughout her career in Indiana,” said Walker. “She has played club soccer for Fort Wayne United and Indy Premiere, where she and her team have had a ton of success over the last few years. Grace is an All-American, who can play any position on the field and has been in and out of the US National Team Training Center. She can play as a six, an eight, a center back or as a forward, where she has broken the Northeast Indiana state record for most goals in a career. We are excited for Grace to come to Creighton from both a soccer and cultural perspective.”
Lorel Stringer, Forward, Irvine, Calif., Portola HS, West Coast Football Club
- Committed to Creighton in December of 2024.
- A three-year varsity starter and letterwinner for Portola High School in Irvine, California.
- Earned Pacific Coast First Team All-League and Portola Team Offensive Player of the Year honors after guiding the Bulldogs to a 11-2-2 overall record and a California Interscholastic Federation Semifinal appearance as a junior.
- Led Portola to 17 victories, a Pacific Coast Conference title and a CIF Southern California Division III State Tournament appearance, garnering First Team All-Pacific Coast League accolades as a freshman in 2023.
- Lorel has led Portola High School in goals each of her first three seasons and owns the school record for most goals in a single season.
- Played club soccer for the West Coast Football Club, where she led her team to a conference championship and the Girls Academy Final Four in 2024.
- Off the pitch, Lorel has excelled in the classroom earning a scholar athlete award each of the last three seasons.
“Lorel is a very talented player coming in from Irvine, Calif., where she plays for the West Coast FC and went to the final four of the Girls Academy last year alongside her dad Josh,” stated Walker. “She is an extremely athletic forward that has a strong presence and excellence soccer IQ. Her elite skill and size in the attacking third has allowed her to score a bunch of goals while helping her club team, West Coast FC, advance far in the playoffs in recent years. She is an all-conference player, was highly recruited and is someone that we are excited to have joining our program.”
Gabby Wagenfuhr, Midfielder, Omaha, Neb., Elkhorn South HS, Sporting Nebraska
- Verbally committed to Creighton is August of 2024.
- A three-year starting midfielder and letter winner for Elkhorn South High School in Omaha.
- Led the Storm to a Nebraska Class A District Championship and a NSAA Class A State Tournament appearance with an 14-5-0 record as a junior.
- Netted 17 goals and dished out eight assists on the way to earning Omaha World Herald and Lincoln Journal Star All-State honors in 2025.
- Was also named to the Lincoln Journal Star Class A Second Team Super-State and the All-Metro First Team following her junior season where she ranked in the top 25 in goals scored and assists in the state of Nebraska.
- Garnered Omaha World Herald First Team All-Metro and All-State honors after recording 14 goals and 14 assists as a sophomore.
- As a freshman, Gabby posted five goals and two assists while guiding the storm to seven shutout victories.
- Played club soccer for Sporting Nebraska under the direction of former Creighton Women’s Soccer volunteer assistant Luke Baxter, guiding her club to the 2022 Nebraska Cup State Championship.
- Comes from a long line of athletes as her dad, David, played was a star on the Creighton Men’s Soccer team and played professional soccer for FC Dallas and for the US under-20 men’s team.
- In addition, her mom, Sarah, played soccer and softball at Wayne State, while she aunt played soccer at Florida State and for the United State U20 Women’s team.
“Gabby is a very good local player who has played for Sporting Nebraska with fellow signee Adeline Bosiljevac,” said Walker. “She is a tenacious forward, very competitive and can play on the outside or as a central player. Gabby is extremely hard working and has had a ton of success scoring goals in the Girls Academy, where she has been training at a very high level. Her dad, David, is a former Creighton legend and an MLS player back in the day, so Gabby comes from a very high level of soccer players.”
