I began my goalkeeping journey in seventh grade, stepping into the position for my sister’s 2007 competitive (U16) team. Competing against older, more experienced players early on accelerated my development and solidified my passion for the position. I later joined San Juan Soccer Club, where I have continued to train at a high level and compete with the ECNL 2009 team. In addition, I have earned opportunities to play full matches as a guest player with the ECNL 2008 squad, further challenging myself against top competition and developing positive communication to my backline.
At the high school level, I made an immediate impact as the first freshman in over a decade to play varsity, earning the starting goalkeeper position during both my freshman season and the start of my sophomore year. My performance as a freshman was recognized with the Newcomer of the Year award. I have also had the unique opportunity to travel to Switzerland to represent my high school through international competition.
Academically, I maintain a 4.2 GPA and have earned Highest Honor Roll recognition for two consecutive years. I have been recognized with the Peacemaker Award and selected for the Honor Guard. Beyond athletics and academics, I am committed to serving my community and have completed over 60 hours of volunteer work.
I am an athletic, dedicated, coachable goalkeeper who thrives in competitive environments and is committed to continuous growth both on and off the field.
