Red Bulls top D.C. United in first leg of MLS Eastern Conference Semifinals

Washington, D.C. (Via D.C. United) – D.C. United will face a deficit in the second leg of the Audi 2015 MLS Cup Playoffs Eastern Conference Semifinals after losing in the first leg to the New York Red Bulls, 1-0. The Conference Semifinals are be decided by aggregate goals over two games.

Dax McCarty scored the game’s lone goal in the 72nd minute.

The Black-and-Red will meet the Red Bulls in the second game of the semifinals at Red Bull Arena in Harrison, N.J., on Nov. 8, with a kickoff time and broadcast network TBD.
