ECNL Best XI announced following conclusion of National Training Camp
The 2017 ECNL National Training Camp took place at the University of Portland in Portland, Oregon from July 27-31, 2017, with over 90 of the best players from across the country born in 2001, 2000, and 1999 coming together to train and compete. On the final day of camp, the top 11 performers of the event were named to the ECNL Best XI based on the quality of their play throughout the event.
Michigan Hawks win 2016-2017 ECNL Overall Club Championship
The Michigan Hawks have claimed the ECNL Overall Club Championship title for the second time in three years. The Hawks claimed three Midwest Conference Championships this season, at U15, U16 and U18/U19, and had no team finish lower than third. The Hawks U15 and U17 teams both advanced to the ECNL Final Four, where the U17 team was crowned ECNL National Champions.
Nick Kasper introduced as Boys ECNL Director ahead of inaugural season
The Boys Elite Clubs National League has announced that former SOCCER.COM marketing manager Nick Kasper has been hired as the Boys ECNL Director. Kasper will provide administrative leadership, as well as day-to-day operational and management tasks for the Boys ECNL as the league begins its inaugural season of play this August.
ECNL Final Four set to take place in San Diego
After grueling competition at the ECNL Playoffs in Rockford, IL, the 2017 ECNL Final Four is set. The ECNL Final Four will take place at the Surf Cup Sports Park (formerly San Diego Polo Fields) in San Diego, CA with the semifinals taking place on July 7, followed by the National Championship and placement games on July 8.
Girls ECNL expands to include U13 Division
The Girls Elite Clubs National League has announce that, beginning in the 2017-18 season, the ECNL will host a U13 division of regular-season competition for players born in 2005.

ECNL Best XI players travel to NYC following National Training Camp
The top 11 performers from the recent ECNL National Training Camp in Portland, Oregon were treated to an all-access trip to New York City which included tickets to the International Champions Cup match between Bayern Munich and Real Madrid, and were introduced at halftime in front of a sold out crowd at MetLife Stadium.
